car maintenance service ruining my car

I am complaining because on the 15th of June 2017 i heard a loud voice while driving the car immediately i called the service center(knowing that every small issue with the car and every maintenance i did over there even small dents and i have all the documents and receipts for that ) and reserved a spot on the 17th of June 2017 as the 16th of June was a public holiday (Friday) i was there on the 17th i left the car there and the Maintenance engineer gave me his number and told me to call him in 3 hours, in 3 hours I called and he informed me that the water pump, front disk and front disk pad needed to be changed and I ASKED IS THAT EVERYTHING IS THAT THE REASON AND THE ONLY CAUSE OF THE SOUND HE AGREED AND TOLD ME YOUR CAR DOESN'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE I ASKED 3 TIMES HE AGREED THE 3 TIMES . i went there took the car paid 5932 LE took the receipt no 065268 and i took the car home 4 days later i took the car for a ride and it wasn't as smooth as it was but i didn't realize at that time as my mother who passed away 3 days ago was dead sick and i had to be there no matter what, on the 23rd of June 2017 driving at 1am in the middle of nowhere literally 15 km of any kind of services i heard a loud sound in the car like an explosion suddenly out of no where and the car stopped and it wouldn't start where my family had the scariest most fearful night, we wired the car home where we made it at 5 am, next morning we called the service center and we were told it was a holiday for 10 days and we reserved a meeting on the 4th of July . . To resolve this problem I would like the company to 1- have my car fixed 2-investigate the rumors which we were told by a certain anonymous at the service center where that person said that there was not a single problem with our front discs it was taken and replaced so the one we had would be used on someones car as the factory ones which we had are more durable and resistant than the spare ones and that person insisted that this happens on daily basis i am not sure of this but if this is true i am sure you will loose credibility not in Egypt only but i am sure everywhere . When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the service center at abu rawash Cairo Alexandria road at the company. I also contacted the consumer protection agency with the complain number 314582 and its being investigated just to reserve our rights.
