I financed a car in November 2017 and paid off the car May 2019. My car has recently been determined to be a lemon and Ford has agreed to repurchase the car for all the money I put into it including interest on the car loan. I contacted west-b109940">Bank Of The West to request the payment and interest history. They said it would take 10 days for me to receive it. It's been 10 days and this deal has been ready to happen and has been put on hold waiting for the payment history to arrive. I called over to west-b109940">Bank Of The West today to find out if they sent it. After waiting on hold aprox 35 minutes, I was told my request was never processed or sent. Now I have to start all over. This time I gave them a fax number to fax instead of mail. They said it could still be 48 hours to process. Since its Thursday today, 48 hours actually means Monday. Frusterating!!! Why is it so hard to get this information? The hold times are outrageous. You need half a day to take care of buisness with this company.
