My car - third car I have purchased from Kia - is using oil- I took to the Kia service was informed that I have to do oil consumption study- three times documented then and engine wash - I am a nurse - work long crazy hours and my job is 80 miles away from the kia service dept - who is gonna compensate me ?? For my time ? My gas ? The mileage on my car? Why is the burden of proof on me? Ive done everything right - take care of the vehicle, never missed a payment , never late paying- take to the Kia service for servicing .. I wish Id never bought a Kia User's recommendation: Don’t settle for Kia.
