I file this complaint out of concern regarding the delivery personnel arriving to load my donations rejecting them for the reason they are no longer acceptable despite they were otherwise listed as approved. Had I had knowledge of this I could have other arrangements. He also rejected one sofa because he found a dust bunny from me using a leaf blower to clean my garage floor which I tried to point out.
