I struggled to confirm my order, in the process I signed up for two of the same item. I called the items company and the service person could not get access to the items until it no longer said pending on affirms end. Had I known to call affirm right away this two week debacle would never have happened! However, affirm was courteous and cleared everything I needed as soon as I called, thank you. User's recommendation: Take your time and have good internet speed.
