Canva – Subscription

Hi, I have subscribed to Canva last year and paid for the yearly subscription; however, I have not used it for a long time. I have received an email today that I was charged for a new yearly subscription, currently, this payment is pending on my credit card. Can you please cancel this subscription? it seems Canva is not providing any customer service contacts: not phone number, email, chat or even fax?!! Thanks, Farbod Mirzaei
