Canva keeps asking me to update my browser and I have done it. So frustrating!

I want to use my Canva account and it wont let me in because it keeps telling me to check emails to confirm. When I confirm it states I need to update browser which I have done! Very frustrating! Tried to ring the number given for support. No answer!! No chat help. If this is not resolved today I am canceling subscription. User's recommendation: Don’t ask for support because there is none!
