Can’t upgrade per instructions provided

Today I received an email that our nonprofit was approved for a free upgrade to Canva Pro, but the instructions simply lead me to a subscription page where I have to enter a credit card. Not going to do that. I responded to the email I was went and it kicks back with "recipient mailbox full". Super frustrating that there is no apparent way to contact support via email. Please advise.
