Original review updated by user Aug 16, 2021 Order was suppose to be delivered on Friday 13 August. Paid extra for the next day service. Still waiting - 16 August. Tried using your live chat and that of your delivery company, Hermes. Diabolical and shambolic is being polite. Been cut off an number of time - system doesn't recognise my reference number. Can't get to speak to a person. You have lost a customer. Would not recommend either company User's recommendation: Use another company.
