Can’t talk to a real person

Got a text message that I am being charged $182.00 on my Venmo account but I do not have a Venmo account. I am NOT paying anything to get an answer about what this is about. That is not right. You should be able to talk to a real person. I want someone to call me about this. 414 333 ****. And get this off of an account I do not even have. User's recommendation: DON'T USE THEM--THEY AREHORRILE.
