Can’t see fight I payed for

i paid for the fight. Downloaded showtime. The App wouldnt even let me sign in. I tried for an hour. I finally got logged in and and then the it booted me out. i would like a refund because im not able to view the fight i paid for. I went through all of the help section and did everything that was suggested.
