Can’t reach customer service. I wait 50 minutes on call.

They took out my next year membership a month early from my credit card. I tried to call and could not get anyone ended up and tried to call the local store in Mishawaka Indiana and they told me that Barnes and Noble had been hacked and they were taking extra long time to get things taken care of and put back to normal. I went ahead and canceled my membership and would like to get my $25 membership refunded. After all they already took it out and I canceled it and this is absolutely crazy the way their customer service is handling things. User's recommendation: Monitor your membership.
