Can’t reach a customer service agent

I was terminated by DEO and DCF on June 7 and July 12. My account is locked. I completed ID.me and now trying to reach an agent to get my claimant ID PIN reset. Somebody changed the email in my claim so I need an agent to reset the PIN for me. Recording says higher than average call volume but DEO ended contract with Titan Technologies for agents.
