Can’t port number

I tried porting my number over 5×s and because the last failed I canceled after being rejected I have a account with metro pcs and I even selected other and it kept referring me to tmobile I called to see if I could get the problem resolved and was told to try again in a hour and if it don't accept call back I thought speaking to a specialist would make a difference I was wrong metro or any other company can port a number in less than 5 mins i regret throwing my metro sim out now I'm stuck seems like
