Can’t login or request help

I opened and purchased an account yesterday & paid you 95.88. Today, I can't login & if I click on lost password, it says "Resource not found". I have no way of contacting support! The name on the account is Alberta Lenglet, The website I used was www.hbsgroup.ltd. My username is the email address above. If I can't resolve this, I want my money back. User's recommendation: You can't get support until you login. If you can't login as I can't, there is no support or help available.
