Can’t login on line/ Fraud? About my account

I was told I couldn't login, and would not receive my CapitalOne Walmart card because the fraud team needed to verify my Identity, and address. I had already had the original WalMart card (account) for over two (2) years. I had already had bills sent to my address. So I've downloaded documents requested to the CapitalOne Fraud Team and have not gotten a proper response
