Cant log on to hulu or update account

i have Disney+ but have never been able to use Hulu. I log on using computer and it doesnt take. I use sync to log on and it says password is wrong I say forgot password and the text option has the wrong phone number and I cant change in profile. I tried to change pla to Live and it says Iam billed byVerizon and have to change. Verizon pays Hulu so I should be able to sign up for Live and you bill me the amount less what Verizon pays. Basically, your website doesn't work. By the way the phone number shown in the profile is correct. I would like to get this straightened out. For this purpose I would like to use phone number 865-253-****.
