Can’t log on to ANY account
I currently have 3 different retailers using this bank for online payments. Twice now I have had to pay overdue fees because I am unable to log onto any of these accounts!!! I am constantly having to change my password then once I go through the entire process of changing my password, the website says it's having technical difficulties. This is ridiculous!!! Because I am paperless, I am having to call to pay my bills over the phone. What is the point of online bill paying!!! User's recommendation: Stick to paper bills and checks!
