Can’t Get Refund BACK

I made an over payment of $2,230. I contacted them on February 4, 2021 asking for a refund. I was told that, even though they saw it was an over payment, it would be reviewed and a check would be issued in 14 days. I called February 26, 2021 and told I would have it on the 26th. I called today and was on hold for 2 hours before I was able to speak to an Accounting manager who said that the person did not correctly put the request for a check through for issuance! I am furious! In these times, I need my money returned immediately! They are failing on all accounts! User's recommendation: expect poor customer service.
