Can’t get into system with double verification – Arlo won’t fix

I have $2000.00 into this system and a stalker next door. The system needs to work and despite constant tweaking is constantly malfunctioning via the Arlo App. Of course, they try to blame everybody else but their verification, installed without any notice to customers, doesn't send the verification email, and their library doesn't update. The base has to be constantly resynced, and the camera cords need to be constantly replaced, and this if the camera electrical cord (inside) doesn't deteriorate and break making the camera unchargeable. Don't buy this system. User's recommendation: Don't buy it. Customer service sucks the worst of any I've ever used.
