Cant get any help

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on n10-26-2020 not working properly no lights when door open they sent repair man he said I need a part why should I have a repair on a product ii just purchased for ?1800.00 dollars why did I not get a new frig. They take your money and the *** with you and then they send an arrogant not English speakingp erson want my money back. GLORIA WILMONT 404-422-**** User's recommendation: Dont shop at Brandsmart USA poorest customer service.
