Can’t get a hold of factory or the customer service

Door lock fell apart upon installation box says to get a hold of factory do not return to store or call customer service tried many many times it says they will get back to you they are a bunch of liars they don't know the definition of getting back to somebody and I'm sure they're going to blame covid
