Can’t get a hold of anyone
Over the past few weeks, I have mailed two letters and left two emails on the site about trying to change the name on the account and get an upgrade on the meter as I am getting a generator. Can't order generator without the meter upgrade. I am 80 years old. I need the generator if the electricity goes off. I have waited hours for a person to answer. What does one have to do to get a response? Up until this situation. I have had no complaints. Now I am frustrated. Any suggestions?
