Can’t get a customer service agent.

I applied for a card it never showed. In the meantime I look at my stimulus tracking today and it's been approved for direct deposit. I have called several times to request another card with hold times for 30-60 minutes. When my stimulus hits this bank they won't be able to accept it and I'm waiting longer for my money. If I don't get my stimulus in these trying times I'm calling better business bureau. User's recommendation: Do your homework before linking up with online banking. If I had only read these multiple bad reviews.
