I have been using Kraft shredded parmesan, romano, asiago cheese blend in both hot and cold foods for years. Now all I can find is the so-called grated version that's basically cheese dust that sticks together in clumps and has an off, unpleasant taste. It is not a suitable substitute for the shredded version. Kraft needs to bring back the shredded type. This cheese dust has ruined everything I have used it in or on. Kraft has a history of replacing good items with bad items. User's recommendation: Avoid buying this. Price is high but quality is low.
