Cant find parts

I have a 2015 ford 150 and I hit a deer but not much damage. Two of the parts needed are backordered for aver a month and may not get them for two more months. I bought the 150 bc it is very popular and I assumed you could get parts for it. No more F150 or Fords for me. User's recommendation: Dont buy a Ford 150.
