Can’t finalize my account

I'm collecting unemployment from Florida but it will not let me get past job verification for location of my job.. it is forcing me to put in where I work when I'm saying I'm more unemployment I've given all documents necessary of the time I get paid and how much, but still will not allow me to proceed any further.
