Just purchased the Bestway 13 ft inflatable pool via Amazon. The one with the grey siding. MANY issues. First: there is wide range of reviews everywhere I researched regarding fill time and ease of fill time. The box it came in says 10 min setup time. Really?? Another review said 1.5 days to fill. Second: instruction manual is useless. Part #'s are barely able to read. Figured it out and set it up just by looking at the picture on the box. Third and most important. Cant get the pool to fill all the way. My backyard has a tiny slope, and I mean tiny, but every time I get to about 6-8 inches of water in the pool (using a standard garden hose to fill), which takes about 3 hours?!! it starts to overflow on the sloped side of the pool. How can I fix this? How can I get the pool to fill to capacity without the side overflowing. I have spent hours and hours and multiple attempts to drain and re-fill, without success. Even tried holding up the side of the pool, but hose can only do so much, and I would have to be standing there holding up the side for several hours. HELP!! On the *** of re-boxing and sending back to Amazon for refund.
