I got an american express serve card which i love, to find out where I live the walgreens closed down and there is no place to reloadit without driving far. I could use reloadit so I bought a card for 400 to put on it and I can't even set up a safe, and i get this error! "We are unable to verify your account with the information provided. This account may be associated with another Safe. Please confirm your information and try again." Does anyone here know what to do when i get this error? it's driving me insane and i dont have time to wait two weeks for a refund, i need access to these funds immediately for my medication! For two days reloadit has told me to try later, and later and later repeatedly they are of no help!! thank you
