First they cleaned my two laptops and removed my anti viruses because they told me that Window defender was enough. Now viruses make there way into my computers very easily and I can't get a hold of those *** holes anymore. Every time I call there service telephone numbers I get a message that there is nobody to take my call at this time. I'm sure I got ripped off. I've had to contact a local company and pay another service contract to have my computers cleaned and reinstall the anti viruses that were removed. Is there someone out there that can help me or should I just swallow my pill.
