They claim lifetime warranty. I recently bought a Pro Series S Max shotgun and wanted to contact them for info on the registration and warranty and on a user manual whether hard copy or pdf. They never answer the phone, don't respond to email and in general, once you get an item, you are stuck. They are totally irresponsible and I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm sorry I ever purchased the item.Don't buy their items.' User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
