Can’t access my account online

I am trying to access my profile to double check expiration of my subscription. I enter my account # and zip and it says, "enter valid zip code." I enter my name and address and it says, "enter valid zip code." System is wacky!!! It won't let me past the initial login page. I have had this trouble!!!
