Cannot Sent card to the right page on Facebook

I always use your cards for the members of my group forum on Facebook. But this time when I tried to post a card for a member, it did not give me the option of sending it to a particular page. I have no idea where it went. I tried twice and cancelled both cards. User's recommendation: Contact the website which I cannot find.
