Cannot open chesse and crackers or sitx

The last two times I have purchased the cheese and crackers or cheese and stix I cannot open the packages with using scissors and making a huge mess. I get they only cost $1.25 but if I cannot eat any of them it seems like a huge waste of money. I enjoy most of your products and have eaten the cheese and crackers for years, but this is very frustrating
