I have a life time licence for wondershare video converter ultimate. I had to reset my desktop recently which wiped out the program. I have reinstalled the program successfully but cannot register it. It is impossible to contact Wondershare to obtain a registration code and the program will not work without it. The customer service is worse than useless, although the program when working is very good User's recommendation: Good product but absolutely useless customer service.
