I wish I read these reviews before we bought. We purchased both tile and hardwood to repair a water damaged bedroom/bath for a vacation rental. Took three vacation days to be there for the repairs and they only showed up one day (late). The installer, who was nice, was only able to get 1/2 the job done and promised to show up the next day when the hardwood was to go in. No show on both counts. We are now sitting here with 1/2 done bathroom and no bedroom floor while they sit on thousands of our deposit $$. I've been renovating several times over 30 years of home ownership and never have I been treated as shabby as this company. Avoid at all cost - the discounts they promise is not worth the aggravation.
