Cannot make Payments on My Account

I contacted Klarna customer service on Jul 25 stating I could not make a payment. When I went to make the payment, the app was telling me I had nothing to do. The customer service person said they were having technical issues and to ignore the notice. Today I get a new notice my account is behind with a $25 fee tacked on. I still cannot make any payments. I need to be able to make payments and no one seems to be able to help out. Please delete one of the email accounts, ccirino@***.com. Christy Cirino 630246**** User's recommendation: No customer service.
