Cannot make any purchases with my card

I'm not sure what happened a direct deposit was made out of my card on the 1st and I haven't made any type of purchases yet but I'm fried and they've all been declined for some reason because it's a Mesa I don't know what's going on but I need a card to be unfrozen or unlocked or whatever don't even bother calling
