cannot look at dates on swiping part

I have paid for a subscription and I cannot look at possible dates on the app?!? I'm incredibly frustrated with this !! I have never had an issue with pof before and would really like to make use of the $50 + I've spent trying to get it working properly. My username is FreeToBeMe84 if you could possibly look into this and fix it I would be very appreciative
