Ive only been able to login to check my debit card balance twice in 4 months because the website says its nkt responding. So if you want your balance you have to call them and enter your phn number, then your 16 digit card number, then your 2 digit day of your birth, 2 digit month, 4 digit year, then the last 4 of your social, then your cards security number on the back.... Grrrr! Wtf is up with your website that i cant just check it online?!... Its honestly worth me switching to a different carrier... This card has been great but this honestly brings my rating right down!
