No option on automated phone system and continually got disconnected. I have tried many many times to get through to speak with somebody. Out of as many as 20 calls or more I finally got someone to speak with and the call disconnected. Customer service had my number incase of disconnection and NO ONE called me back. Again I've been calling repeatedly and still no one to answer my call. . Just horrible automated system. It is not user friendly at all. Bad business practices for Randstad, horrible. User's recommendation: Have a actual human answer the phone.
