Cannot log into my account i paid for a year in april

I can not log into my account. I paid for a year when i rejoined, yet I am unable to play the games as a paid member!!??!!?? I only was able to play as a paid subscriber for a couple of weeks. User's recommendation: Think about your membership fees before joining. You may not get the services you pay for.
