Cannot link Bethesda and Xbox account

Made a new Bethesda account to try to link my Xbox to because my previous Bethesda account will not send a confirmation email to my email and when I try to make a new account with my email it says that there's already an account with that email and I can't get the new account to link with my Xbox Live account
