I purchased a home in Hillsville VA in May 2020. The previous owners used Amerigas in Mt. Airy, NC. I chose to go with another gas company and have contacted Amerigas numerous times to either pick up their 125 gallon tank, or give me a bill-of-sale for it so I can dispose of it. Their local office is closed; telephone, mail and email go unanswered. I'm getting tired of looking at this ugly tank in the yard. User's recommendation: Avoid Amerigas at all costs.
