Ordered from Shapermint and was shipped an entirely different product (ordered 2 bras and was shipped 3 panties). Tried to get return resolved online but only received computer generated responses which did not resolve the issue. After repeated efforts, I simply went through their regular return process but that meant I had to swallow an $11-12 amount less than my regular purchase which included the refund fee and other misc. costs. This amount was an error completely on their side and no phone # to call or Email address to contact them to register my complaint. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from this company.
