Cannot get my order taken

called 2 stores; no answer or VM full; went in person to place order and they did not know how to do it before that I went to do it online but 8 times it froze me out over 2 days and so the order is still not in!find find a User's recommendation: find a good franchise owner OR go elsewhere.
