I have tried to contact the office, but to no avail. I hired Carolina Forest Rental Properties, in 2016, to rent a property of mine. They did so for two years. I had to give them a $300 deposit for any repairs they would have to make. The contract, and the lease, ended in April of 2018. The manager said that the check was mailed and that the post office lost it. When the office checked with the bank, who told them the check was not cashed, they said they cut another one. Five days later, the check has not arrived. It looks like the post office lost the second check also. hahahaha Even snail mail is not that slow. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.
