Cannot get my bonuspoints added to my account

i have 11 outstanding tickets that I have written for support to have bonuspoints added to my account for over a month and a half now, and, cannot get any response from the MyPoints.com webpage! This sucks and I would advise anyone who is thinking about joining this club to reconsider before doing so! User's recommendation: Re think this before you join!!!!!!!!
