Cannot get EUR Currency for a month

Created Payoneer account in order to connect it to Ebay for new payment system. However , I got only USD and GBP currency accounts, which are no use to me. Tried to contact Payoneer in all the possible ways to receive EUR currency as there is no option to add. It is impossible to get a proper reply from a real human. My customer id 4442**** , email dumolai@***.lt
