Cannot get a redemption code to redeem my points!

They keep saying they have emailed me a redemption code but it never comes! I am having no problems getting any other emails. Im still getting survey emails from them but I cant redeem my money! Their customer service is awful, They do nothing! Does anyone have a good phone number for them? The one I have is just a voicemail and they never return calls!!! I want my money!!! User's recommendation: AVOID SURVEY JUNKIE!!!
